Are you thrilled when you listen to music and your feet start to pulse in time without your awareness? Do you want to sing in a group and learn how to use your hands and feet while you sing? Welcome to Rhythm & Gospel. This workshop awakens the infinite possibilities our voice has through the sounds and harmonies of gospel music. We will learn to observe the power that rhythm has in

music and how to use it while we are singing. We will make a methodical rhythm work using exercises from different techniques and styles (body percussion, vocal improvisation, funky and even a little flamenco). As a result, we will elaborate a short repertoire of traditional gospel songs, Christian Contemporary Music and gospel-flamenco fusion, with original songs written by the workshop instructor. Specially addressed to gospel choirs or individual proactive people.
